We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to help build the teams powering our content, brands, and operations across the Beast ecosystem.\nThis role is for someone who understands that great recruiting is equal parts judgment, creativity, and execution. You’ll partner closely with leaders across content, production, operations, and corporate teams to hire people who thrive in high-ownership, high-visibility environments and who can keep up with the pace of what we’re building.\nAs the company continues to grow, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping how teams are built and how recruiting scales, without losing speed or quality. \nThe Role\nReporting to the VP, Talent Acquisition and Technology, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting for our studio and content teams: production, post-production, creative, and the operations that keep it all running.
