They are highly online, naturally curious about platform behavior, and understand how brands participate authentically in conversations happening across the internet in real time.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and maintain social content calendars across multiple brands and campaigns\nCoordinate publishing workflows, approvals, and scheduling across platforms\nPublish and manage daily social content across Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and related platforms\nHelp develop and evolve distinct brand voices across platforms with a focus on humor, internet-native communication, and audience participation\nWrite reactive, culturally relevant social copy that drives conversation, engagement, and shareability\nIdentify opportunities for brands to participate in trends, memes, and online discourse in ways that feel authentic and community-first\nEngage directly with audiences through comments, replies, reposts, and community interactions to increase visibility and brand affinity\nSupport influencer and creator partnership workflows including outreach, communication, scheduling, and content coordination\nManage creator communications including emails, briefs, timelines, rates, and deliverables\nReview creator and social content submissions and provide feedback or revision notes\nSupport fast-turn content execution including memes, graphics, captions, and reactive social posts\nBuild scalable systems and workflows for managing multi-brand social calendars, creator deliverables, approvals, and publishing timelines\nMaintain clear communication and coordination across internal stakeholders, creators, agencies, and external partners\nTrack publishing schedules, campaign progress, audience engagement, and social performance reporting\nWhat We're looking For\n2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands\nExperience supporting or executing multi-platform social campaigns\nStrong copywriting skills with demonstrated ability to write platform-native, audience-relevant social content\nExperience coordinating multiple projects, timelines, or stakeholders simultaneously\nStrong organizational and project management skills\nPortfolio or work samples demonstrating tone of voice, platform execution, or social content creation\nPreferred Skills\nExperience working with creators, influencers, or talent teams\nExperience creating social-first content including memes, graphics, or reactive posts\nConsumer brand, entertainment, creator economy, or agency experience\nStrong understanding of Gen-Z internet culture and platform behavior\nChronically online with strong awareness of trends, memes, creators, and emerging platform behavior\nComfortable operating in fast-moving, reactive social environments\nA Place to Call Home\nWe are based in Greenville, North Carolina, widely recognized as the cultural, educational, economic, and medical hub of Eastern North Carolina.
