Provide regular customer specific reporting. Assist Customer Integration Team Members in operational day-to-day duties and other Integration task that are assigned, to include developing and offering sound and creative solutions relative to business processes, servicing branch issues, managing inventory reviews, physical customer inventories, and setting up and maintaining Consignments and VMI locations.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities (not all inclusive)\nIndividual must be able to perform the essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.\nPull various customer data for analysis and reporting on customer projects.\nCreate flow charts for various projects and support Project Managers during implementation of new or existing customer initiatives.\nAnalyze customer sales and business data to develop catalog proposals and inventory recommendations.\nCreate customer plant matrixes for Ecommerce Integrations.\nPerform root cause analysis to assist in AR reduction.\nProvide Bar Code labels for IO locations.\nProvide usage reviews for MRC Global managed IO locations.\nSupport Customer Integrations team members on various tasks and customer reporting needs.\nSupport Director with EOM reporting and team assignment postings.\nBuild and maintain sustainable reporting for team members.\nPerform other duties and/or projects as assigned.\nTake reasonable care for the safety and health of yourself and others.\nReport workplace hazards, injuries, or illness immediately. \nEducation, Experience, & Ability Requirements\nAny combination of requirements that provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform essential duties and responsibilities will be considered.\nHigh school diploma plus two-year college degree or High School diploma and 5 years’ experience in a business office.\nStrong PC skills with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including proficiency in Excel analytics, working experience in Access databases, and the ability to learn MRC-specific software.\nExperience in creating reports and dashboards with Power BI.\nMust have critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze various datasets to meet requirements.\nOutstanding verbal/written communication skills and ability to provide high-level support to meet deadlines.\nDemonstrate excellent customer service skills.\nStrong business math and analytical skills to accurately understand, calculate, and analyze implementation and process data.\nAbility to establish working rapport with all levels of management, customers, corporate employees, and other branch personnel using proper phone etiquette and other effective interpersonal skills.\nAbility to handle stress caused by meeting customer demands.\nAbility to contribute to the quality process by learning new procedures and functions as needed.\nMust have thorough knowledge of all MRC Global policies, procedures, and business operations, and maintain confidential information. \nAdditional Qualifications\nMust have the ability to provide documentation verifying legal work status.\nAbility to read and speak the English language proficiently to communicate with others, understand and interpret safety instructions;
