Event Planning & Execution\nDevelop and execute annual and ad-hoc event strategies that support business and marketing objectives.\n\nPlan, manage, and oversee nationwide events and on-ground activations, including campaign launches, roadshows, new store openings, brand activations, and customer engagement initiatives.\n\nManage the full event lifecycle from concept development and planning through execution and post-event evaluation.\n\nEnsure event branding, POSM, and promotional materials are properly planned and executed.\n\nEnsure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with brand standards.\n\n2. Vendor & Stakeholder Management\nCoordinate with internal departments, external agencies, suppliers, and event vendors to ensure smooth event execution.\n\nSource, negotiate, and manage vendors to achieve high-quality deliverables while optimizing costs.\n\nOversee event logistics, venue arrangements, permits, manpower, equipment, and production requirements.\n\n3. Budget & Performance Management\nPrepare and manage event budgets, ensuring effective allocation and cost control.\n\nMonitor event expenditure and vendor performance while maintaining budget compliance.\n\nEvaluate event performance, analyze attendance, customer engagement, ROI, and other success metrics.\n\nPrepare post-event reports and recommend improvements for future events.\n\n4. Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination before, during, and after events.\n\nStay updated on industry trends, emerging event technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance event experiences.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve event efficiency, customer engagement, and brand visibility.\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Event Management, or a related field.\n\nMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in event management, preferably within the Retail, FMCG, or QSR industries.\n\nProven experience managing large-scale outdoor and indoor events, brand activations, roadshows, exhibitions, and store opening events.\n\nStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.\n\nSolid vendor management and negotiation skills.\n\nExperience managing event budgets and evaluating event ROI.\n\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides and Docs).\n\nFluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
