managing inventory replenishment processes.\n\nFlag slow-moving or overstocked items for review.\n\nUpdated inventory reports.\n\nRecommendations for reorders or clearance strategies for excess stock.\n\nImproved stock availability and reduced overstock.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure consistent execution of strategies.\n\nSupport in coordinating product launches and promotional activities.\n\nContribution to successful marketing and promotional campaigns.\n\nCoordinated efforts with other departments for smooth project execution.\n\nClear and timely communication across teams.\n\nLearning & Development\nStay informed about market trends, product knowledge, and industry best practices.\n\nParticipate effectively to the role.\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field.\n\nMinimum 2 years of experience in Buying, Merchandising, Designing, Product Development, or Data Analysis.\n\nExperience in Retail, FMCG, Fashion, Ecommerce, Sports, or General Merchandise industry.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.\n\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nAble to communicate in English and Malay.\n\nMandarin proficiency is required, with at least conversational
