systems (e.g. WMS, WCS, OMS, Middleware).\n\nImplement high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code following established architecture and design standards.\n\nContribute to system design and technical discussions, providing practical and effiicient solutions.\n\nExecute development tasks based on project plans, ensuring timely and high quality delivery.\n\nCollaborate closely with the Technical Lead to align implementation with system architecture.\n\nParticipate in task estimation, planning, and progress tracking.\n\nIntegrate with external systems, APIs, and automation equipment where required.\n\nDevelop fit-for-purpose no-code applications where appropriate to improve operational efficiency\n\nProject Delivery & User Engagement\nParticipate in requirement clarification with business users and operations teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and expectations.\n\nSupport solution demonstrations, user walkthroughs, and functional validation during implementation phases.\n\nAssist in user training and onboarding to ensure successful adoption of deployed systems.\n\nActively engage in implementation and delivery activities to ensure solutions meet operational requirements and user expectations.\n\nQuality & Delivery\nTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in development and production environments.\n\nOptimize application modules and features.\n\nSupport system testing phases including SIT, UAT, and SAT, and assist in issue resolution during deployment.\n\nEnsure test readiness, environment setup, and successful system resolution.\n\nRequirements\nCore Technical Skills\n\nStrong proficiency in the .NET ecosystem, including C#, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs.\n\nSolid understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.\n\nExperience building maintainable and scalable backend systems.\n\nFamiliarity with event-driven architecture or workflow-based systems.\n\nExperience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.\n\nStrong SQL query skills, including complex joins, aggregations, subqueries, and basic performance tuning.\n\nExperience in API development and system integration.\n\nPractical experience with version control systems, including:\nBranching and merging workflows.\n\nParticipating in pull requests and code reviews.\n\nAbility to analyse business processes and translate business and operational requirements into practical software solutions.\n\nUnderstanding of workflow automation and business process improvement concepts.\n\nPreferred / Advantageous\nExperience with .NET Blazor or similar frontend frameworks.\n\nExposure to WMS, WCS, or warehouse/automation-related systems.\n\nFamiliarity with industrial automation / PLC integration.\n\nUnderstanding of real-time systems or event-driven processing.\n\nExposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\n\nExperience participating in business process improvement, workflow automation, or digital transformation initiatives.\n\nExperience with no-code or low-code platforms such as Lark Suite, Google AppSheet, or Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage.\n\nExperience & Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.\n\n3-5+ years of software development experience.\n\nSoft Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business processes and propose practical solutions.\n\nAble to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.\n\nGood
