Utilizing cutting-edge AI technologies-such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, OpenAI, and Power Platform-you will combine deep technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to design, build, and deploy practical, enterprise-grade AI solutions that transform global project delivery.\nPlease note, this position is required to work in accordance with U.S. hours (EST) 8:30am-5:00pm (EST) as well as working South African Public Holidays.\nKey Responsibilities\nAI & Automation DevelopmentDesign and build practical, enterprise AI-powered solutions, Copilot agents, and custom workflows using Microsoft technologies.\nDevelop and test proof-of-concepts, pilots, and reusable accelerators using emerging AI tools to reduce delivery effort.\n\n Delivery OptimizationAnalyze delivery processes to engineer AI and automation solutions for high-friction manual tasks.\nEnhance project documentation, requirements gathering, testing, and reporting through target AI integrations (e.g., SOW and project management automation).\n\n Technical InnovationEvaluate emerging AI models, LLMs, and retrieval-based solutions (RAG) to recommend practical adoption strategies.\nIntegrate generative AI and AI-assisted development tools directly into existing professional services workflows.\n\nKnowledge ManagementDocument AI solution architectures, design patterns, and enterprise best practices.\nDevelop internal AI knowledge repositories to drive global consistency.\n\nTraining & EnablementEducate and mentor consultants and project teams on prompt engineering and effective AI tool usage.\nDeliver interactive demonstrations, workshops, and enablement sessions on practical AI use cases.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).\n Proven, hands-on experience building, configuring, or deploying AI solutions (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Large Language Models, or prompt engineering).\n3+ years of overall experience in software development, consulting, automation, or technical delivery.\nDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, or equivalent enterprise workflow automation tools.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nDirect experience building functional chatbots, Copilot agents, or custom LLM-powered applications using Microsoft Copilot Studio or Azure AI.\nFamiliarity with APIs, integrations, and REST services for connecting AI models to enterprise software.\nExperience with SQL, data manipulation, and structured/unstructured data processing for AI pipelines.\nPrior experience in Professional Services environments or enterprise software implementation.\nProven success collaborating across global teams.\nAbout Us\nFrom the day we opened our doors, MRI Software has built flexible, game-changing real estate software that powers thriving communities and helps make the world a better place to live, work and play.
