The company provides a comprehensive suite of property management, accounting, and investment management software for commercial, residential, and public housing sectors. It serves over 45,000 clients across 170 countries, operating as a global provider of integrated technology platforms for real estate owners and operators.

About the Role

As a Functional Consultant, you will work directly with clients to understand their business processes, advise on industry best practices, and deliver technology solutions that support their operational and strategic goals. This role sits within a professional services environment and is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with customers, solving complex business challenges, and driving successful software implementations.

You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, facilitate workshops, deliver training, and support successful project outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced consultant with a background in real estate technology, property management systems, or lease administration solutions who is looking to further develop their consulting career within a global organization.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with clients to understand business objectives, processes, and operational challenges.
  • Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
  • Conduct gap analysis and translate business requirements into solution designs.
  • Advise clients on property and lease management best practices.
  • Configure software solutions to align with client requirements and business processes.
  • Support all phases of software implementation, including configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
  • Develop client-facing documentation, training materials, and process guides.
  • Deliver engaging remote and in-person training sessions.
  • Manage project activities, risks, and timelines in collaboration with project teams.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout project delivery.
  • Work across multiple client engagements within a fast-paced consulting environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Functional Consultant, Implementation Consultant, Solutions Consultant, or similar client-facing consulting role.
  • Experience implementing, configuring, or supporting business software solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate, property management, lease administration, or occupier/investor business processes.
  • Experience working within a professional services or consulting environment with direct client engagement responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into practical solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high standard of client service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence delivering user training and client presentations.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with property management, lease administration, or real estate technology platforms.
  • Experience leading or supporting software implementation projects.
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Understanding of software implementation methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
