You will work closely with customers, Sales Engineers, Project Managers, Product teams, and Consultants to deliver scalable solutions that improve business outcomes, streamline processes, and maximise customer value.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nTechnical delivery of customer implementations and transformation projects.\nTechnical leadership and mentorship to MRI resources.\nDesign AI-enabled future-state workflows that improve efficiency, value and customer experience.\nAnalyse customer business processes and recommend automation opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience.\nConduct technical workshops and collaborate directly with customer stakeholders.\nDrive adoption of new capabilities across the organisation, ensuring initiatives align with business priorities and deliver measurable value\nReview solution designs to ensure quality, scalability, security, and alignment with architectural standards.\nSupport project estimation, solution planning, and implementation governance.\nAct as a key connection between customer, delivery teams and product, clearly communicating capabilities, limitations and best practices.\nAbout You\n\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.\n10-12+ years' experience in technical consulting or sales engineering.\nProven experience delivering customer-facing projects.\nStrong understanding of enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, and data migration.\nStrong data integration and analysis capabilities including SQL, ETL processes, XML/JSON, stored procedures, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to balance hands-on technical delivery with leadership and mentoring responsibilities.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Engineering.\nDesirable\n\nExperience within ERP, CRM, Property Technology, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or Enterprise SaaS platforms.\nMicrosoft Power Platform experience highly regarded.\nAzure, AWS, Agile, Scrum, PMP, or equivalent certifications.\nExperience working in a Professional Services or consulting environment.\nAbout Us\nFrom the day we opened our doors, MRI Software has built flexible, game-changing real estate software that powers thriving communities and helps make the world a better place to live, work and play.
