You will be comfortable identifying risks, challenging assumptions, balancing competing priorities,and makingrecommendations that support both customer success and sustainable delivery outcomes.\nYou will work with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure opportunities are appropriately scoped, estimated, governed,and positioned for successful execution before they enter delivery.\nPlease note that this role requires working UK business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 BST/GMT) to support the global team.\nWe understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration andsocialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role is based in the Cape Town office.\nKey responsibilities:\nProduce Professional Services Statements of Work across multiple MRI products and service offerings.\n\nCreateaccurateservices estimates, documenting assumptions, exclusions, dependencies, risks,and scope boundaries.\n\nTranslate customer requirements into clear, practical,and deliverable consultancy and implementation engagements.\n\nEnsure proposals accurately reflect agreed delivery approaches, timelines,and resource requirements.\n\nAssess the commercial viability of proposed engagements,identifyingrisks, assumptions,and potential delivery challenges.\n\nApply sound commercial judgement whendeterminingscope, effort, resourcerequirementsand implementation approaches.\n\nConstructively challenge ambiguities, assumptions,and inconsistencies to improve proposal quality and delivery success.\n\nSupport contractual discussions, Statements of Work reviews,and proposal redline activities.\n\nEnsure opportunities are positioned for successful delivery whilst balancing customer expectations, delivery requirements,and commercialobjectives.\n\nWork closely with Sales teams throughout the sales cycle, supporting opportunity qualification, solutionscopingand proposal development.\n\nCollaborate with Consulting, Project Management, Product Management,and Delivery teams tovalidateproposed approaches.\n\nBuild strong working relationships across multiple departments and regions to ensure consistency and alignment.\n\nEnsure engagements entering delivery are appropriately scoped, estimated,and documented.\n\nPromote consistency and quality across all Professional Services proposals and Statements of Work.\n\nSupport the application of agreed estimation,approvaland engagement governance processes.\n\nWork collaboratively with delivery teams to capture lessons learned and improve future estimation accuracy and implementation planning.\n\nHelp reduce delivery risk through strong governance,challengeand engagement planning practices.\n\nMaintainhigh standardsof quality, accuracy,and consistency across all service proposals.\n\nContribute to the ongoing development of estimation models, service catalogues, templates,and proposal frameworks.\n\nSupport improvements to implementation methodologies, governance processes,and delivery best practices.\n\nIdentifyopportunities to improve estimation accuracy, operational efficiency,and customer outcomes.\n\nRequirements:\nExperience within Professional Services, Consulting, Software Delivery, Pre-Sales, Solution Design, Project Management, or a related environment.\n\nStrong commercial awareness and the ability to balance customer, delivery, and businessobjectives.\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex requirements and scenarios.\n\nDemonstrable abilityto make informed decisions and recommendations based on available information and sound judgement.\n\nStrong written communication skills with experience producing professional customer-facing documentation.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions.\n\nAbility toidentify, assess and communicate delivery, operational,and commercial risks.\n\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\n\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality.\n\nProficiencywith Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint,and Teams.\n\nDesirableexperience:\nExperience producing Statements of Work, project estimates, proposals, bids,or tender responses.\n\nKnowledge of software implementation and project delivery methodologies.\n\nExperience within enterprise software, SaaS,or technology organisations.\n\nExperience working across multiple products, business units,or geographic regions.\n\nUnderstanding of professional services commercial models including forecasting, utilisation,and project budgeting principles.\n\nExperienceparticipatingin commercial reviews, governance processes,or opportunity qualification activities.\n\nWe’re obsessed with making this the best job you’ve ever had!\nWe want our teams to love working here, so we’ve created some incredible perks for you to enjoy:\nWe want our staff to love working here, and so we’ve created a few unique perks such as office breakfasts, quarterly lunches and virtual social events.
