This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the India region Managed Services team. The Manager of Managed Services will report directly to the Senior Director of Support in India, with dotted lines to Managed Services Practice Leaders in NA, EMEA, and APAC.\nResponsibilities:\nLocal Managed Services oversight, leadership and people management of Managed Services employees as part of the India Managed Services Global Delivery Center and with planned expansion to support global Managed Services needs that is built for scale;\nEngaging with various Business leaders locally and globally (NA, EMEA, and APAC) to help build and support the Managed Services team in India, with a focus on culture and community, people management, and delivery excellence.\nDrive global integration and standardization in India. Work with Managed Services Department Service Offering Leadership to build a better global infrastructure built for scale through adoption of policies, standard operating procedures, and training/cross-training for India Managed Services teams;\nWorking with global and local leadership to ensure commonality of approach as well as working with regional and global leadership for resource management and development;\nContribute vision and leadership consistent with the MRI’s Services strategic plans and objectives to deliver technology initiatives in support of the growth of the organization;\nOptimizing solutions to improve performance, productivity, or reduce costs within or across the Services Departments; and\nBe the Managed Services representative for unique challenges and needs of the Managed Services India team within the broader Managed Services leadership structure.\nKnowledge and Skills:\n10+ years plus years’ experience within a Business Management or related field and 5+ years’ experience managing a global team or other relevant leadership experience\nLeadership: Demonstrated ability to inspire a team to achieve great things\nExecution: Demonstrated ability to take concrete actions to deliver and inspire\nPolished skills in communication, leadership, planning, motivation, coaching and cross team collaboration\nExcellent documentation and presentation skills\nCollaborator with Problem Solving, ‘Can-do’ Mindset and a client centric focus\nExperience with other business SaaS offerings a plus\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field; Masters preferred - and/or relevant qualification and/or relevant experience\nBenefits:\nHybrid working arrangements (3 days in the office)\nAnnual performance-related bonus\n6x Flexi Anyday: knock 2.5 hours off your day on any workday\nAbout Us\nFrom the day we opened our doors, MRI Software has built flexible, game-changing real estate software that powers thriving communities and helps make the world a better place to live, work and play.
