In this customer-facing role, you will lead the technical delivery of enterprise software implementations, integrations, workflow automation, AI and solution deployments while mentoring consultants and driving technical excellence across projects.\nYou will work closely with customers, Solution Architects, Project Managers, Product teams, and Consultants to deliver scalable solutions that improve business outcomes, streamline processes, and maximise customer value.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the technical delivery of complex customer implementations and transformation projects.\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to consultants and implementation teams.\nDesign AI-enabled future-state workflows that improve efficiency, value and customer experience.\nAnalyse customer business processes and recommend automation opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience.\nConduct technical workshops and collaborate directly with customer stakeholders.\nDrive adoption of AI capabilities across the organisation, ensuring initiatives align with business priorities and deliver measurable value\nReview solution designs to ensure quality, scalability, security, and alignment with architectural standards.\nSupport project estimation, solution planning, and implementation governance.\nAct as a key connection between customer, delivery teams and product, clearly communicating AI capabilities, limitations and best practices.\nAbout You\n10+ years' experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or Professional Services.\nProven experience leading technical teams and customer-facing projects.\nStrong understanding of enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, and data migration.\nExperience designing and implementing workflow automation, business process optimisation, and digital transformation solutions.\nExperience with workflow and automation platforms such as Power Automate, Nintex, Zapier, Workato, Smartsheet, UiPath, or similar technologies.\nStrong data integration and analysis capabilities including SQL, ETL processes, XML/JSON, stored procedures, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel.\nExperience designing, implementing, or integrating AI-powered solutions, including prompt engineering, AI agents, copilots, workflow orchestration, and enterprise AI use cases\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to balance hands-on technical delivery with leadership and mentoring responsibilities.\nDesirable\nExperience with PropTech, ERP, CRM, HRIS, IWMS, or enterprise solutions.\nMicrosoft Power Platform experience highly regarded.\nAzure, AWS, Agile, Scrum, PMP, or equivalent certifications.\nExperience working in a Professional Services or consulting environment.\nBENEFITS:\nFlexible working arrangements \nAnnual performance-related bonus \n6x Flexi AnyDay: knock 2.5 hours off your day! \nMe Days: additional 3 days of annual leave for qualifying employees \nEngaging, fun & inclusive culture: check out the MRI Software APAC Insta feed and stories!\nAbout Us\nFrom the day we opened our doors, MRI Software has built flexible, game-changing real estate software that powers thriving communities and helps make the world a better place to live, work and play.
