While the focus is on leading and enabling the team, the role also requires a hands-on approach to recruitment when needed, especially for high-priority roles or urgent hiring needs.\nPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES\nRegional Talent Acquisition Strategy:\nExecute a regional talent acquisition strategy that addresses immediate hiring needs and supports long-term talent pipeline development.\nCollaborate with the Global Head of TA and other regional TA Mangers to ensure alignment with global talent acquisition strategies while tailoring approaches to regional nuances.\nImplement innovative sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and tools to attract diverse and high-caliber talent within the region.\nProvide insights into regional talent market dynamics, competitive practices, and industry benchmarks to inform recruitment strategies.\nElevating Recruitment Practices:\nLead the evolution of recruitment processes to accommodate regional scalability and growth while maintaining alignment with global standards.\nIdentify and integrate advanced tools and methodologies to enhance recruitment efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise the use of Workday as our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other solutions that streamline processes.\nTeam Leadership and Development:\nLead and manage the regional recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.\nProvide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members, promoting continuous learning and skill development.\nEstablish performance expectations and track progress through defined metrics and KPIs.\nStakeholder Management:\nCultivate strong relationships with regional business leaders, hiring managers, and the broader talent team to align recruitment strategies with regional business goals.\nAct as a partner to regional leadership, offering insights on regional talent trends, market dynamics, and recruitment best practices.\nCommunicate regularly with regional leadership on recruitment progress, challenges, and proposed solutions.\nDiversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Initiatives:\nIntegrate DEI principles into the regional recruitment process to ensure fairness and inclusivity throughout the candidate journey.\nImplement strategies to attract diverse candidates and promote an inclusive workforce that embraces a range of perspectives.\nCollaborate with the Global TA Lead and DEI teams to amplify DEI initiatives within the regional recruitment efforts.\nReporting & Analysis\nTrack and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.\nPrepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership using Excel and other analytics tools.\nUse data insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize recruitment processes.\nOperational Excellence\nMaintain high standards of data hygiene in Workday and other recruitment systems.\nImplement and refine recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.\nEnsure compliance with Philippine employment regulations and internal policies.\nEXPERIENCE + QUALIFICATIONS\n5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with demonstrated progression into leadership roles.\nPrevious experience leading and managing a team in a dynamic environment.\nStrong understanding of regional talent markets, industry trends, and recruitment best practices.\n Familiarity with recruitment compliance requirements across South Africa, the UAE, and the UK.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization) preferred.\nAbility to manage confidential information with discretion.\nDemonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, manage performance, and drive results.\nA passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, with experience implementing DEI strategies in recruitment\nExperience working with recruitment technologies; Workday experience preferred.\nBachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred\nAbout Us\nFrom the day we opened our doors, MRI Software has built flexible, game-changing real estate software that powers thriving communities and helps make the world a better place to live, work and play.
