The Team Lead will work closely with the Lease Admin manager and our clients to help support across all lease management areas. The Team Lead will support with Managing the wider team as well as work on various projects as they arise, providing the chance to learn new systems, processes and procedures. The below responsibilities are not an exhaustive list, and each one could contain more sub-tasks.\nResponsibilities:\nLead a team of Lease Administrators.\nConduct weekly 1:1s. \nEnsure deadlines are met and communicate team activities to leadership.\nAssist the team as needed.\nAssign work to the team.\nBe on client calls for those on team.\nAny other adhoc duties as required.\nManage multiple portfolios and client relationships \nEnsure compliance with OD/SOW and data quality standards \nLead project rollouts (system migrations, process transitions, new client onboarding) \nReview and sign off work for the Team.\nSupport with building out processes and structure. \nIdentify and drive continuous improvement initiatives \nSupport training of the team. \nMentor and oversee team members across levels \nExperience & Knowledge\n6+ years experience \nProven leadership in client delivery and team management \nExpert understanding of IFRS16 and rent review processes\nSubject matter expert (Prolease Enterprise, PMX, Qube) \nAdvanced excel skills \nCore Competencies\nStrategic thinking \nLeadership & delegation \nQuality assurance \nAdvanced client communication \nStakeholder management \nDecision Scope & Independence\nHigh degree of independence \nAccountable for portfolio delivery and team output \nMakes operational and tactical decisions within team or project scope \nResolves complex issues with escalations (if required to Manager) \nKnowledge and Skills:\n6+ years of Lease Administration \n4+ years of managing a team\n4+ years of experience with performance managing and developing employees\nStrong ability to resolve conflict\nExperience working with MS Excel and Word\nConsistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance\nGood communication skills and ability to work well individually or as a member of a team\nAttention to detail and ability to plan, organise, prioritise and multi-task\nShows strong initiative, problem analysis and problem-solving skills\nAbout Us\nFrom the day we opened our doors, MRI Software has built flexible, game-changing real estate software that powers thriving communities and helps make the world a better place to live, work and play.
