This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Consultant to deliver impact, build long-term client relationships, and drive innovation.\nAs a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for the following:\nLeading technical discovery sessions with clients to understand business goals, challenges, and requirements\nDesigning and implementing secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions tailored to client environments\nProviding expert-level guidance on architecture, integrations, data flows, and deployment strategies\nCollaborating closely with internal teams across product, engineering, support, and sales to deliver seamless project outcomes\nManaging technical delivery across the project lifecycle - from planning and documentation to execution and client handover\nFacilitating technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer initiatives with client teams\nTroubleshooting complex technical issues and driving resolutions with a customer-first approach\nStaying up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends to inform solution design and consulting practices\nSupporting pre-sales efforts through solution demonstrations, RFP responses, and technical proposals\nMentoring junior consultants and contributing to the evolution of internal best practices\nRecommending business process improvements to maximise the value clients receive from their technology investments\nREQUIREMENTS:\nDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent industry experience\n5+ years’ experience in technical consulting, systems implementation, or software development\nProven ability to lead client-facing technical engagements and translate business needs into effective solutions\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing complex software solutions\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nExtensive knowledge of relational databases - SQL Server or similar preferred.\nAbout Us\nFrom the day we opened our doors, MRI Software has built flexible, game-changing real estate software that powers thriving communities and helps make the world a better place to live, work and play.
