This role is essential in maintaining and enhancing the quality of the grounds and buildings, with a strong focus on completing work orders in a timely manner.\nWe are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Spruce Run community in Clinton, NJ. If you take pride in maintenance work and have strong diagnostic skills, we encourage you to apply.\nKey Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:\nPerforms repairs, troubleshoots mechanical systems, and completes preventative maintenance.
