This includes ensuring that all grounds, common areas, interior spaces, and office areas are clean, safe, and well maintained. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in offices, bathrooms, and shared spaces, helping to create a positive and welcoming environment for residents and visitors. The Porter also prepares vacated apartments for new residents by restoring them to move-in condition.\nWe are seeking a dedicated Porter to support our Symphony Hall & Lincoln Park communities in Newark, NJ, comprising of 126 residential units. If you have a strong passion for quality and a commitment to outstanding service, we encourage you to apply.\nKey Job Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To:\nPatrols property daily to identify areas in need of cleaning and completes required work-remove trash/debris from property grounds and common areas, keep the dumpster area clean, and vacuum, sweep and mop \nRestores vacated apartments to move-in condition for new residents-clean appliances, kitchen cabinets, sink and floors, bathroom-including toilet, tub, sink and floor, windows, front door, and performs touch-up painting as necessary\nPerforms grounds maintenance, including weed removal, grass-cutting and planting, snow and leaf removal from property-sidewalks, walkways, steps and driveways/parking spaces\nCleans property office as necessary-empty trash, vacuum carpets, clean bathroom and kitchen;
