This role manages submission activities across multiple facilities, ensures data accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements and deadlines, and collaborates with clinical, operational, compliance, and IT teams to support successful submission outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience with healthcare regulatory quality reporting, strong data-validation and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex quarterly and annual submission cycles while delivering exceptional customer service.\nResponsibilities\nPrimary focus is on preparation, validation, and submission of regulatory data and reports required by Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and The Joint Commission (TJC) annual and quarterly. This role ensures compliance with federal healthcare regulations, submission timelines, and data integrity standards while collaborating with clinical, operational, compliance, and IT teams. \nOwn end-to-end execution of CMS and TJC quarterly and annual submissions, including eligibility confirmation, file validation, submission, client notification, and closeout for all facilities. \nMaintain the submission tracker and status dashboard so that every facility in an active submission cycle always has a clearly documented status and a named owner. \nMonitor CMS and TJC regulatory updates, submission deadlines, and specification changes, and incorporate them into submission workflows and documentation in a timely manner. \nPerform resolution of user-reported issues related to MRO healthcare product applications and related systems and technology. Effectively utilize product documentation, general technical knowledge, troubleshooting processes, diagnostic tools, and other resources to resolve user issues. Develop and maintain knowledge to improve team capacity to resolve issues quickly. \nParticipate in the creation, updating, and maintenance of training courseware and other user reference materials such as training videos, course outlines, and training/reference guides as required. \nPromote client and employee user satisfaction through excellent customer service. Consistently demonstrate responsiveness, proficiency, proactiveness, and interpersonal skills. Communicate using native ticketing, instant message, or through a VOIP or telephony solution. \nAdhere to established procedures and protocols. As such, this job description may not comprehensively account for future activities, responsibilities, and priorities-these may evolve right along with us! \nQualifications\nKnowledge of CMS and Joint Commission regulatory quality submission requirements. \nStrong attention to detail and data validation skills; comfortable reviewing large, complex datasets for accuracy and completeness. \nAbility to manage multiple facility submissions simultaneously against firm regulatory deadlines in a fast-paced environment. \nAbility to investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex software issues, coordinating with development and infrastructure teams when necessary. Driving enterprise issue prevention. \nExperience with basic database interactions (e.g., querying and analyzing data in Microsoft SQL Server or similar systems). \nBasic experience with software engineering platforms, web applications, hosting, security, databases, back-end systems, and front-end user interfaces. \nDemonstrated skillset with commercial ITSM tools (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.) \nDemonstrated skillset with Microsoft 365 Suite, basic Windows and MacOS troubleshooting, and basic troubleshooting of browser-based applications (e.g. utilizing the Chrome developer tools). \nDemonstrated skillset with utilizing emerging AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or equivalent. \nResponsiveness and ownership mindset \nAbility to use data validation tools and methods utilizing strong attention to detail. \nPreferred Education and Experience:\nPrior experience with CMS, TJC, or other healthcare regulatory quality reporting programs (e.g., HQR, IPFQR, HBIPS). \nExperience documenting or improving operational workflows and SOPs. \nMinimum of 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably with exposure to both customer interaction and technical troubleshooting in a healthcare environment. \nExperience with or knowledge of regulatory quality submissions. \nExperience with EMR systems, standards, and terminology. \nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred. \nTotal CompensationBase pay is one element of the total compensation package.
