In this role, you will be the first point of contact for practices that need service on their aesthetic medical devices. You will guide each request from intake through resolution, coordinating technical calls, connecting customers with field or depot service, and managing the administrative work behind every service transaction.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a customer service professional who wants to build a career in the medical device and service industry. No prior medical device experience is required. We will train you on our products, systems and processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nService intake and onboarding\nServe as the first point of contact for new service requests from medical and aesthetic practices.\nCreate and manage service tickets in Jira, ensuring every request is complete and accurately documented.\nConduct discovery with customers to understand the issue, equipment and service history.\nContact customers by phone and email to schedule technical troubleshooting calls.\nService coordination\nCommunicate the findings and recommended next steps from each technical call to the customer.\nIntroduce customers to their next point of contact for field service or depot service.\nEnsure every handoff is complete and well documented so the customer experience stays seamless.\nService administration\nPrepare service agreements and related documentation.\nCreate and manage invoices in QuickBooks.\nProcess service transactions accurately and in a timely manner.\nCustomer communication\nProvide proactive updates to customers throughout the service process.\nIdentify and escalate issues to the appropriate team members.\nFollow up to make sure every customer knows their next step.\nQualifications\n3-4 years of customer-facing experience in customer service, client support, scheduling or a related role.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly phone presence.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple open requests at once.\nAbility to learn new software quickly.\nA proactive, solutions-oriented approach and strong sense of ownership.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nExperience in medical devices, equipment service, healthcare or technical support preferred.\nExperience with Jira, QuickBooks or another ticketing or invoicing system preferred.\nExperience with billing, invoicing or contract administration preferred. \nWhy Join Powered by MRP?\nOur headquarters is minutes from world-class skiing, but the real draw is our trajectory.
