You will own the numbers behind how orders get assigned, how couriers join, stay, and earn on the platform, and whether the right supply is in the right place to meet demand. You'll diagnose where delivery success is lost, size the opportunities to recover it, and measure whether the changes we ship actually work. supply performance, including assignment speed, acceptance, courier availability, and delivery success, and identify the root causes behind changes\nAnalyze the courier lifecycle, from onboarding and
