Employee Lifecycle Management\nOwn the end-to-end employee lifecycle process - onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding - ensuring accuracy and consistency at every stage.\nContinuously streamline lifecycle workflows to improve turnaround time and employee experience.\n2. HR Systems & Data Management\nServe as the senior owner of the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, automation, and system optimization.\nBuild and maintain dashboards and reports that give leadership real-time visibility into workforce data.\n3. Policies, Processes & Compliance\nLead the design, documentation, and rollout of People Operations policies and standard operating procedures.\nEnsure full compliance with labor law and internal policies across all HR operational processes.\n4. Payroll, Benefits & Insurance Administration\nOversee payroll input accuracy in coordination with Finance, and manage benefits and insurance administration end-to-end.\nManage relationships with insurance providers, handling medical claims, approvals, and reimbursement processes.\n5. Employee Records & Documentation\nMaintain accurate, audit-ready employee records and documentation in line with legal and company standards.\nHandle employee inquiries related to contracts, policies, and operational HR matters.\n6. Process Improvement & Reporting\nIdentify inefficiencies in People Operations workflows and lead initiatives to automate and improve them.\nDeliver regular operational reports and metrics (headcount, turnover, lifecycle SLAs) to senior leadership.\n7.
