We take pride in the convenience we offer, empowering you to get what you need when you need it, all at the tap of a button.\nJob in a Nutshell\n\nThe Senior Product Designer is a strategic design leader responsible for driving large-scale product initiatives across Mrsool’s digital platforms. This role takes ownership of experience design across multiple squads or complex product areas, influencing product strategy, enhancing design operations, and setting new standards for quality and consistency. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and UX Research, the Senior Product Designer II translates user needs and business objectives into elegant, intuitive, and scalable product solutions.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. Product & Experience Design\nLead end-to-end design for complex features across core flows (ordering, tracking, captain experience, marketplace).\nTranslate product requirements into intuitive, scalable, and high-quality user experiences.\nDesign for real-time, high-frequency use cases with clarity and efficiency in mind.\n2. Strategic Contribution\nPartner with Product Managers to shape product direction, not just execute on requirements.\nContribute to defining product strategy through user insights, data, and design thinking.\nBalance user needs, business goals, and operational constraints.\n3. Craft & Quality\nDeliver high-quality UX and UI with strong attention to detail.\nRaise the bar for design quality across the team through strong execution and ownership.\nEnsure consistency across features and platforms.\n4. Design Systems & Scalability\nContribute to the evolution of Mrsool’s design system.\nCreate and maintain reusable components and patterns.\nPromote system thinking to improve speed and consistency across teams.\n5. Research & Insights\nCollaborate closely with UX Research and data teams to inform decisions.\nUse qualitative and quantitative insights to guide design solutions.\nAdvocate for the user while staying grounded in business impact.\n6. Collaboration\nWork closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.\nParticipate in product discussions, planning, and design critiques.\nFacilitate alignment across cross-functional teams.\n7.
