That means when you join our team, you’re not just doing a job - you’re building your legacy and sharing in the success of the firm.\n\nA Culture of Mentorship and Collaboration: Work alongside a talented, cross-disciplinary team that values mentorship, professional development, and team success.\n\nA flex time program that empowers you to manage your schedule - because life doesn’t always fit inside 9 to 5\n\nA flexible work environment, including hybrid and remote options where possible, to support your productivity and well-being\n\nResponsibilities\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead and manage construction-phase services for roadway and infrastructure projects of varying size and complexity.\n\nAct as the on-site project lead, overseeing construction progress, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.\n\nServe as the main liaison between clients, contractors, and MSA during active construction, ensuring effective communication and successful project delivery.\n\nProvide constructability feedback to design teams, enhancing the quality and efficiency of future projects.\n\nConduct field observations, construction staking, and inspection activities to verify compliance with project plans and specifications.\n\nSupervise and mentor field staff, ensuring safety, quality, and technical accuracy in all work performed.\n\nReview and manage submittals, pay requests, change orders, and other construction administration tasks.\n\nMaintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, and communication logs.\n\nParticipate in pre-construction and progress meetings with clients and contractors.\n\nContribute to business development by maintaining strong client relationships and supporting proposal development for future work.\n\nSupport close-out activities including inspections, punch lists, and final documentation.\n\nQualifications\nWhat You Bring\nAssociate degree in Civil, Environmental, or Architectural Engineering Technology (Bachelor’s degree preferred).\n\n6+ years of experience in roadway construction management, surveying, or related infrastructure construction services.\n\n WisDOT project experience is a strong plus\nProven ability to manage multiple projects and field crews simultaneously.\n\nStrong understanding of roadway construction methods, materials, and specifications.\n\nProficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), survey equipment and various field-testing instrumentation\n\nExcellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and the public.\n\nDemonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.\n\nValid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.\n\nProfessional or project management certifications preferred (e.g., PMP, CCM, or related).\n\nThe selected candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
