This is a senior role: the successful candidate will be expected to own delivery end-to-end for major initiatives, exercise sound independent judgement in ambiguous or high-pressure situations, and act as a trusted advisor to senior technology and business leadership.\nThe ideal candidate will bring broad, well-rounded delivery experience across enterprise platforms (Salesforce, SAP, Power Platform) and infrastructure-led programs (including large-scale technology migrations and modernization efforts), with a demonstrated track record of steering multi-workstream programs to successful, on-time, on-budget outcomes in a large global enterprise.\nYou will operate as the senior focal point within a multi-disciplinary team of Architects, Engineers, Product Owners, and Platform Specialists, while partnering closely and confidently with senior stakeholders across technology, finance, and business functions - shaping direction as much as executing against it.\nSuccess in this role requires seasoned programme leadership, strong executive presence, the ability to navigate ambiguity and organisational complexity, and a passion for delivering reliable, scalable solutions that support critical business processes.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nTechnical Program Management\nLead end-to-end delivery of major enterprise platform and technology initiatives (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Power Platform, and infrastructure/technology migration programs) from inception through delivery.\nDevelop and own detailed program and project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation, across multiple concurrent workstreams.\nDirect and coordinate internal technology teams, engineering teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful execution at scale.\nOwn program governance, including status reporting, RAID logs, and executive stakeholder communications.\nEnsure all solutions meet enterprise quality standards, including QA, UAT, security, compliance, performance, and resiliency.\nTrack and report program progress against defined objectives and KPIs, and represent programme status confidently at senior governance forums.\nManage scope, schedule, and cost changes using established governance and change-control processes.\nProactively identify, assess, and mitigate technical and delivery risks;
