At ms, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of client relationships, lead meaningful infrastructure initiatives, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering practical, high-quality solutions.\nHelp us help improve our communities, one project at a time!\nWhat You’ll Do:\nBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with municipal clients by understanding their priorities, proactively addressing their needs, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.\nIdentify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and develop new projects based on community needs, infrastructure priorities, and long-term capital improvement goals.\nAdvise municipal clients on capital improvement planning, project development, funding strategies, and infrastructure investment priorities.\nSupport the preparation of requests for proposals and qualifications, and other business development initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and funding organizations to identify funding opportunities and help clients navigate project requirements.\nPerform project management duties on a wide variety of project types including: water/wastewater/storm improvements, street improvements, culvert upgrades, sidewalk replacement, curb replacement, funding procurement, plan review, etc.\nLead projects from initial planning through design and implementation, establishing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and delivery strategies to achieve client objectives.\nCoordinate engineering design efforts across multiple business units and technical disciplines, ensuring effective collaboration, clear communication, and efficient project execution.\nEnsure that assigned projects are executed and completed on time and within budget\nCoordinate quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) reviews with technical staff to maintain the accuracy and quality of project deliverables.\nSupervise and support the work of others and mentor junior level engineers and design/drafting technical staff\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nWe are seeking a collaborative, client-focused engineering professional who combines creative problem-solving and sound technical judgment with strong communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate can clearly explain complex engineering concepts to clients and stakeholders while effectively communicating technical design solutions to engineering teams.
