Our expert team of engineers works closely together to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable transportation solutions that benefit communities and enhance infrastructure across the regions.\nWhat You'll Do:\nIn this role, you’ll have the opportunity to design complex interstate geometrics and local road projects. Depending on your experience, you may also lead a design team, with both immediate and long-term growth potential. Key responsibilities include:\nRoadway Design: Take charge of the design and plan preparation for both highway and local road projects.\nQuality Assurance: Lead internal quality reviews to ensure that plans meet the highest technical standards.\nMentorship: Provide guidance and feedback to junior engineers, helping them grow professionally.\nProposal Development: Assist in preparing and negotiating project fee proposals.\nProject Scheduling and Budgeting: Prepare design schedules, construction cost estimates, and deliver staged project submittals on time and within budget.\nClient Interaction: Build and maintain strong client relationships through presentations and regular communication.\nScope and Change Management: Recognize scope changes and assist with contract negotiations when necessary.\n Team Collaboration: Work closely with a talented team of engineers, technicians, and administrative staff to successfully execute transportation projects.\nWhat You'll Bring:\nWe are looking for an experienced engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment and has the technical and leadership skills to drive success.
