And together, we must leverage the strength of our team to collaborate globally to optimize connections and share best practices across the Tech Centers.\nRole Overview:\nAs part of the EIT SCM Team, The EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Software Engineering Associate Director plays a vital role in leading global EWM enhancements related to SAP solution within Material Handling and integration across the business including areas such as Production Execution and Environmental Health & Safety. This role supports our global network across (NA, EU, APAC, and LA) and involves full cycle project management from scope to delivery. (Gap/requirement analyses, solutioning, testing, documentation, preparation/transition support to production, and hyper care).\nWhat will you do in this role:\nBe part of SCM (Supply Chain Management) international team of SAP Experts\nBe responsible and lead all EWM changes related to SAP solution including integration within other areas of the business (ex. Produciton Execution and Environmental Health & Safety). \nResponsible for full cycle project management from scope to delivery expected (Gap/requirement analyses, solutioning, testing, documentation, preparation/transition support to production, and hyper care)\nBe part of live markets operational support delivering EWM enhancements on current SAP solution within related functional areas.\nBe responsible for change management process collaborating with the appropriate technical team.\nWork with and Influence individuals across a global matrixed organization (NA, EU, APAC and LA) to realize key objectives.\nTest and troubleshoot interfaces to third-party applications (Ex. Automated Warehouses -MMES) in relation to respective SAP modules.\nWork on diverse projects like roll-out of our global solution to new markets\nDocument, review and approve functional specifications, user requirements specifications and formal testing. \nWork in a matrix environment coordinating with outsourced support vendors. \nCoordinate and work closely with other teams within Enterprise IT, Manufacturing Division, and Research Labs.\nManage stakeholder expectations, work with the Business to deliver on SAP enhancements & projects.\nCommunicate risks, issues, challenges, and technical design status/progress. Ensure issues and risks are tracked and mitigation plans are in place. \nWhat Should you have:\nFunctional and technical (SAP) expertise for SAP Production Execution Module (Preferable PP-PI - Process industry) more than 5 Years\nSignificant EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) experience with the ability to assist with its Global Hana S4 EWM implementation.\nDemonstrated working knowledge of end-to-end Material Handling processes: \nEx. MMES - Material Movement Automation Systems, & Shop floor system integrations. \nGood English communication skills and the ability to interact directly with business users and stakeholders.\nTeam player\nFamiliarity with SDLC in the pharmaceutical industry required.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities leveraging latest technology.\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.\nHigh attention to detail and a proactive mindset to prevent issues before escalation.\nOur technology teams operate as business partners, proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities.
