We bring together data, advanced analytics, and AI capabilities to transform complex information into actionable insights that directly shape business strategy and decision-making.\nAbout the role\nAs a Business Insights Analyst for our Oncology therapeutic area, you will play a pivotal role in this transformation, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to unlock the full value of data in a highly dynamic and regulated pharmaceutical environment. From commercial performance to customer and patient understanding, you will help translate complex healthcare and market data into clear, meaningful insights that drive impact across our organization.\nYou will join a dynamic and collaborative team that combines deep analytical expertise, strong business understanding and an innovative mindset, working at the intersection of data, technology and business to accelerate growth, support better decision-making and ultimately improve patient outcomes. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders across commercial, digital, medical, market access, finance and operations teams, as well as coordination with external research and data partners where applicable.\nTasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to\nGenerate actionable insights from internal and external data sources to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.\nAct as a thought partner to Oncology cross-functional teams by identifying trends, risks and opportunities.\nDeliver integrated insights into marketing effectiveness, brand performance, sales force effectiveness and omnichannel engagement.\nTranslate complex analyses into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders through dashboards, reports and presentations.\nContribute to forecasting accuracy and business planning through trend analysis, predictive modeling and forward-looking insights.\nProvide insights into customer, patient and health pathways to identify opportunities to improve engagement, experience and outcomes.\nLead or support qualitative and quantitative market research and tracking initiatives to deepen customer understanding.\nSupport experimentation and learning by evaluating initiatives, communicating findings and recommending actions to stakeholders.\nTranslate insights into compelling, business-relevant stories and impactful PowerPoint presentations.\nYour profile\nBachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or a related field.\nMinimum 3-5 years’ experience in business analysis, data analysis or a similar role.\nFull professional proficiency in written and spoken English is required. Dutch is a big plus.\nPrevious experience in Oncology, whether through the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare, market research, or consulting, is a strong asset.\nProficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI, Excel, Qlik Sense or Tableau.\nKnowledge of statistical analysis, with Python or R considered a strong advantage.\nExperience leveraging AI tools such as Copilot, Gemini is considered as a strong advantage.\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to organize, interpret and communicate complex data accurately.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate insights for non-technical audiences.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders effectively.\nAbility to turn data into clear, business-relevant insights and recommendations; experience with market research, behavioral science and data privacy/governance is an advantage.\nWhat we offer\nWorking at our organization means collaborating to improve health in an international environment alongside dedicated colleagues.\nYou will have every opportunity to develop yourself and show who you are.
