As one of the largest Finance teams in the world, we employ consultants, data scientists, software engineers, and industry experts.\nWhat you will do\nRole Overview\nResponsible for administration and optimization of SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA platforms across On-premise, RISE, Hyperscaler (AWS/Azure etc), and hybrid/public cloud environments.\nEnsures high-availability, performance, and security while supporting SAP BTP integration and enterprise SAP operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage SAP S/4HANA landscapes (non-Prod and Production systems) across On-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.\nPerform system upgrades, SAP conversion and migrations to private and hybrid environments.\nAdminister SAP HANA (installation, performance tuning, backup/recovery).\nConfigure and manage SAP security (SSO, SNC, SSL certificates, access control).\nIntegrate and manage SAP BTP services (Cloud Connector, hybrid connectivity).\nMonitor systems using SAP Cloud ALM / Solution Manager and cloud tools.\nTroubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis.\nMaintain HA/DR setup and ensure system resilience.\nManage integrations (RFC, HTTP/S, SAP Router, APIs).\nMaintain documentation and mentor team members. \nWhat we are looking for\n8+ years SAP Basis experience with strong S/4HANA and HANA expertise.\nExperience in system upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management.\nStrong SAP HANA knowledge (performance tuning, backup/recovery). \nHands-on experience in SAP RISE and cloud environments (AWS/Azure). \nExperience with SAP BTP (Cloud Connector, integration, user management). \nStrong knowledge of SAP security (SSO, roles, certificates, SNC).\nExperience in troubleshooting, monitoring, and incident management. \nKnowledge of Linux/Unix and network integration.\nNice to Have\nExperience with HANA HA/DR (System Replication). \nExperience with HANA/BTP/Fiori/Cloud Security.\nExperience in SAP Security and Authorization design.\nExperience with automation, scripting, or DevOps tools.\nWilling to work on a shifting setup and weekend work.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nEffective communication and stakeholder
