Dabei gehören folgende Tätigkeiten zu deinem Tagesgeschäft:\nDas kannst Du bei uns tun\nFachliche und technische Steuerung der Leistungserbringung im Rahmen vereinbarter Services \nRegelmäßige Kommunikation mit Kunden: Status-Updates, Service Level Reporting, Abstimmungen \n Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Kunden-Meetings im Rahmen der Service-Governance \nErstellung und Pflege von Kommunikations- und Eskalationsmatrizen sowie relevanten Dokumentationen \nErste Eskalationsinstanz bei Störungen oder Abweichungen in der Servicequalität \nPflege der Kunden- und Vertragsstammdaten im ITSM-Tool \nVertragsmanagement inkl. Abgleich der gelieferten mit den vertraglich vereinbarten Leistungen \nProaktive Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen, Opportunities und möglichen Upselling-Chancen \nKoordination geplanter und ungeplanter Wartungsmaßnahmen\nGute Zusammenarbeit im Team und Kennenlernen der Branchen Insurance und Banking\nDas bringst Du mit\nMindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Serviceumfeld, idealerweise in einer Kundenverantwortung \nVertrautheit mit ITSM-Prozessen (z. B.
