Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and win new business from prospective clients in the food and beverage industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the food and beverage market, strong sales acumen, and exceptional communication skills.\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nProspect and identify new business opportunities within the food and beverage industry.\nResponsible for account management for growing an existing base of small- to mid-size MSI Express customers in that region.\nResearch and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop a targeted approach for customer acquisition.\nBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive lead generation, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.\nConduct thorough assessments of client requirements, understand their manufacturing and packaging needs, and develop customized solutions to meet their objectives.\nPrepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations, emphasizing the unique value proposition and competitive advantages of our company.\nCollaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, quality, and project management, to ensure seamless onboarding and successful execution of new business accounts.\nFoster strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and acting as a trusted advisor.\nMonitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.\nAchieve and exceed sales targets, meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability goals.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQUALIFICATIONS/ CAPABILITY PROFILE\nMinimum Education\nBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.\nMinimum Experience\nProven track record of at least 5 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the food and beverage industry.\n Minimum Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities Knowledge\nExtensive knowledge of the food and beverage market, including industry trends, key players, and regulatory environment.\nStrong network and existing relationships with potential clients in the assigned region are highly desirable.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and present complex information clearly and effectively.\nDemonstrated ability to understand customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and close deals effectively.\nSelf-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.\nWillingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.\nMSI Express is an equal opportunity employer.
