Uses Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system when moving merchandise, loading and unloading product in accordance with material SOPs.\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITY:\nUnload inbound shipments and move product within a warehouse/manufacturing environment.\nEfficiently stock and store merchandise in appropriate areas\nLoading, unloading, moving, stocking, and staging products and materials using a forklift, clamp truck, or other power equipment\nPull and prepare product for shipment or production ensuring the exact number and types of product is loaded.\nKeep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy.\nComply with all OSHA and MSDS standards\nReport quality variances to supervisor or materials manager.\nMaintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, orderly fashion.\nAssist in physical inventories\nEnsure proper stock rotation\nUses ERP system moving inventory/product in accordance with SOPs.\nFollow all company policies including but not limited to general manufacturing and safety practices.\nThis position has responsibility for Food Safety and Quality within their influence. The associate in this job has the responsibility to report, in a timely manner, Food Safety and Quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action on those problems.\nPerform additional duties as assigned by management\nCAPABILITY PROFILE:\nAbility to work overtime as needed\nAbility to follow work procedures and safety rules \nAbility to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions \nAbility to use automated inventory control equipment as required \nHave appropriate eye, hand and foot coordination to properly use various equipment and/or tools \nAbility to manually load/unload, lift/move equipment/product which may weigh up to 100 pounds \nAbility to mount and dismount forklift through the duration of the shift which requires bending, stretching, stepping, reaching, climbing, and stooping \nAbility to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb and/or sit frequently or through the duration of the shift \nMSI Express is an equal opportunity employer.
