Support the IT team on special department projects as required.\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nERP/MRP system support and plant personnel training Understand ERP/MRP system functions\nTrain floor personnel to properly use system to ensure data integrity\nAssess and resolve manufacturing floor issues and implement solutions to prevent reoccurrence\nSystems support of MRP System reporting, material management, scrap loss, production reporting, labor reporting and efficiency reporting\nMaintenance management system administration\nQuality and Training management system administration\nProduction workstation support and administration\nNetwork hardware support and administration\nProvide assistance in the use of workstation hardware and software for company employees\nAssist with setup and configuration of workstation computers, peripherals\nAssist in development of IT asset management systems to track hardware, software, antivirus and security systems\nFollow and help improve standard operating procedures pertaining to IT Systems, MRP system, maintenance system and Quality reporting systems\nQUALIFICATIONS/ CAPABILITY PROFILE\nMinimum Education\nHigh School diploma or equivalent\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field - preferred\nMinimum Experience\n1-3 years’ experience with computers, software, hardware and IT support\nExperience with administration of ERP/MRP systems\nMinimum Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities\nKnowledge of the practices, principles, and techniques of computer operation; of information systems; of computer software and hardware; of information security policies and procedures; of local and wide area networks; and the management of information systems\nSkilled in the use and support of personal computers, in the use of applicable programs and systems, and in troubleshooting information systems\nAbility to operate information technology systems and to troubleshoot and repair equipment\nProficient use of computers and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook\nAbility to work well with people over the phone and explain technical steps in non-technical terms\nAttention to detail, and ability to prioritize, work as part of a team and meet deadlines.\nExcellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.\nMSI Express is an equal opportunity employer.
