continuous improvement initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nIntegrated Management Systems (IMS)\nMaintain and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.\nDevelop, review, and manage policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, and records.\nCoordinate with business units to ensure management system requirements are effectively implemented.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline processes and drive continual improvement.\nMonitor changes to ISO standards and implement necessary updates.\nInformation Security Management System (ISO/IEC 27001)\nSupport the administration and continual improvement of the ISMS.\nCoordinate information security risk assessments, risk treatment plans, and periodic reviews.\nMaintain ISMS documentation, risk registers, policies, procedures, and compliance records.\nMonitor remediation of information security risks, audit findings, and corrective actions.\nSupport internal and external audits by preparing evidence and ensuring compliance requirements are met.\nAudit & Compliance Management\nPlan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits across ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO/IEC 27001.\nDocument audit findings, observations, non-conformities, and improvement opportunities.\nTrack corrective and preventive actions through to closure.\nAnalyse recurring findings and recommend sustainable improvements.\nMaintain audit schedules, reports, and supporting documentation.\nCertification & External Audit Management\nPrepare the organisation for certification, surveillance, and recertification audits.\nLiaise with certification bodies, auditors, and internal stakeholders.\nCoordinate audit evidence collection and documentation readiness.\nManage follow-up actions arising from external audit findings.\nMaintain certification and audit records.\nbizSAFE & Workplace Safety\nSupport maintenance of the organisation's bizSAFE certification and compliance requirements.\nCoordinate workplace safety risk assessments, control measures, inspections, and compliance activities.\nMaintain workplace safety documentation and records.\nSupport safety audits, reviews, and corrective action initiatives.\nPromote safety awareness and compliance programmes.\nRisk Management\nFacilitate risk assessments relating to quality, information security, environmental, and workplace safety management systems.\nMaintain risk registers and coordinate regular reviews with risk owners.\nTrack risk mitigation actions and monitor implementation progress.\nEscalate key risk issues and overdue actions where necessary.\nSupport management in identifying emerging compliance and operational risks.\nDocument Control & Records Management\nAdminister controlled documentation for IMS and ISMS.\nMaintain document registers, version control, approvals, revisions, and archival requirements.\nEnsure policies, procedures, and forms remain current and compliant.\nMaintain audit evidence and certification records for retrieval during audits.\nManagement Review & Performance Monitoring\nCoordinate management review meetings for IMS and ISMS.\nPrepare performance reports covering audits, risks, KPIs, non-conformities, and improvement initiatives.\nTrack management review actions to closure.\nMonitor compliance metrics and identify trends requiring management attention.\nTraining & Awareness\nCoordinate and conduct awareness programmes on:\nISO Management Systems\nInformation Security\nQuality Management\nEnvironmental Management\nWorkplace Safety & Health\nInternal Audit Requirements\nbizSAFE Compliance\nSupport induction and refresher training activities.\nMaintain training attendance and competency records.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nEducation\nDiploma or Degree in Quality Management, Business Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Workplace Safety & Health, or a related discipline.\nExperience\nMinimum 3 years of relevant experience supporting or administering ISO-certified management systems.\nHands-on experience with:ISO/IEC 27001ISO 9001ISO 14001ISO 45001bizSAFE\nExperience conducting internal audits, managing corrective actions, and supporting certification audits.\nExperience maintaining controlled documentation, risk registers, and compliance records.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCandidates with the following certifications or experience will have an advantage:\nISO/IEC 27001 Internal Auditor\nISO 9001 Internal Auditor\nISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 Internal Auditor Training\nbizSAFE or Workplace Safety & Health qualifications\nExperience managing Integrated Management Systems (IMS)\nExperience supporting external certification and surveillance audits\nExperience working within multi-business-unit or multi-entity environments\nKey Competencies\nStrong understanding of ISO management system standards and principles.\nPractical knowledge of risk management and compliance frameworks.\nStrong audit planning, execution, and reporting skills.\nAbility to interpret standard
