performance tests.\nPerform performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter.\nParticipate in SIT, UAT, production deployment, troubleshooting, and application support.\nPerform root cause analysis and resolve application, database, integration, and performance issues.\nDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and related DevOps tools.\nApply DevSecOps practices, including code quality and security scanning.\nPrepare SDLC documentation including requirements, architecture/design specifications, test plans/reports, deployment documents, and operation manuals.\nContribute to software modernization, microservices, cloud migration, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nUtilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to improve development, testing, documentation, and engineering productivity.\nCollaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders across multiple projects.\n50% Backend Development, 30% Test Automation, 20% DevOps & Support\nQualifications & Requirements\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise software development, backend development, or test automation.\nStrong experience with Java/JEE, Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, JDBC, and SQL.\nExperience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or IBM DB2.\nExperience with messaging technologies such as JMS, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.\nExperience with Robot Framework, JMeter, or equivalent test automation/performance testing tools.\nExperience with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, Docker, and DevSecOps/SAST tools.\nExperience working in Linux/UNIX and Windows environments.\nExperience with web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks such as Angular or React is an advantage.\nExperience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code is preferred.\nExperience with AI agent platforms such as OpenClaw, Hermes, or equivalent is an advantage.\nExperience with microservices, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, and cloud-native technologies is an advantage.\nExperience in AFC, public transportation, EMV/payment processing, or PCI DSS is highly advantageous.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder
