Working alongside experienced engineers, architects, QA, DevOps, project managers, and business stakeholders, you will gain valuable exposure to the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\nKey Responsibilities\nParticipate in the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications and backend services.\nDevelop and enhance RESTful APIs, database-driven applications, and system integrations.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient Java code following best practices and coding standards.\nAssist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving application and integration issues.\nCollaborate with team members to support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-deployment support activities.\nPerform database development, optimization, and SQL query tuning.\nSupport the implementation of automated testing, performance testing, and quality assurance activities.\nContribute to CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git and Jenkins.\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment documentation.\nParticipate in software modernization, microservices development, and cloud migration initiatives.\nUtilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to improve productivity and code quality.\nWork closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.\nQualifications & Requirements\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.\nFresh graduates are welcome to apply.\nCandidates with 1 to 5 years of experience in software development, backend development, or enterprise application development are encouraged to apply.\nKnowledge of Java programming and object-oriented design principles.\nFamiliarity with Java technologies such as Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST APIs, JDBC, and SQL.\nUnderstanding of relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.\nBasic knowledge of Git version control and software development best practices.\nFamiliarity with Linux/Unix or Windows environments is advantageous.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.\nGood communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies.\nPreferred Skills (Nice to Have)\nSpring Boot, Microservices Architecture, and REST API development.\nExperience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or JMS.\nTest automation tools such as Robot Framework, Selenium, or JMeter.\nCI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.\nDocker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or other cloud technologies.\nFrontend exposure to Angular, React, JavaScript, or TypeScript.\nExperience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.\nExperience in transportation systems, payment systems, AFC, or fintech solutions would be an
