In this hybrid role, you won't just track timelines and budgets; you will actively shape the technical solution, map out business requirements, and ensure the final system architecture is robust and scalable. You are part Project Manager, part Systems Architect, and part Business Analyst. If you love staying close to the technology while driving project execution and stakeholder management, this is the perfect role for you.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Management & Delivery: Define project scope, timelines, and resource planning. Lead Agile delivery ceremonies, manage change governance, oversee risk/issue resolution, and drive the project completely from kickoff through UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stability.\nSystem Architecture & Design: Translate complex business capabilities into scalable, secure technical architecture solutions. Evaluate system integrations, data flows, and infrastructure dependencies to ensure technical feasibility and structural alignment with overall business goals.\nBusiness Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical developers. Run discovery sessions, gather end-user requirements, and distill vague business problems into crisp functional/technical documentation, user stories, and clear engineering specs.\nVendor & Commercial Management: Lead vendor evaluations, manage third-party delivery partners, and handle effort estimation and commercial negotiations to ensure project margins and timelines are strictly protected.\nRequirements\nProven experience working in a hybrid role spanning Project Management, Systems/Solution Architecture, and Business Analysis across the software or digital transformation landscape.\nStrong technical background with deep knowledge of system design patterns, APIs, cloud environments, and enterprise integrations.\nExcellent business analysis skills, ability to run workshops, map out workflows, and write high-quality requirements documentation.\nHands-on experience managing the full project lifecycle, including Agile frameworks, change control, vendor negotiations, and production deployments.\nExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable talking infrastructure with engineers and value propositions with corporate directors.\nSkills\nRun Workshops, Preparation of Technical Documents, Design Patterns, Resource Planning, User Stories, infrastructure consultancy, Scalable Systems, Project Kick-Off, Business Requirement Analysis, Architectural Project Management, Project Lifecycle Management, Setup of Infrastructure, Project Timeline, Creating workshops, Agile Frameworks, Deployment","description_format":"text","description_chars":2828,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Transport Infrastructure","Engineering Services"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-28T06:01:43Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":51,"band":"ok","label":"Likely open","p_open":0.85,"p_active":0.801,"p_room":0.75,"age_days":29,"expected_fill_days":30,"reasons":["seen:29","velocity","win:late"],"computed_at":"2026-10-27T05:46:45Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":69540,"is_top_pay":false},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/msi-global-private-limited-technical-project-manager-solution-delivery-lead","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/msi-global-private-limited-technical-project-manager-solution-delivery-lead.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-27T14:35:36Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":3182,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-28T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":241586},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=241586"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fmsi-global-private-limited-technical-project-manager-solution-delivery-lead"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fmsi-global-private-limited-technical-project-manager-solution-delivery-lead"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fmsi-global-private-limited-technical-project-manager-solution-delivery-lead"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/msi-global-private-limited-technical-project-manager-solution-delivery-lead\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fmsi-global-private-limited-technical-project-manager-solution-delivery-lead"}]}
