The team includes experienced transformation professionals and several former consultants with strong financial services backgrounds\nJob Profile\nAs Senior Program Manager - Strategic Transformation, you play a key leadership role in shaping and delivering MSIG Europe’s most complex enterprise transformation initiatives. You operate at enterprise level across countries, business lines and functions, ensuring alignment, momentum and disciplined delivery across multiple stakeholders.\nThe role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, shaping and delivering initiatives that define the future model of MSIG Europe.\nA key focus of the role is the post-merger integration (PMI) program following the formal merger of MSIG Europe in 2025. This company-wide integration program aims to realize the full value of the merger by aligning operating models, governance, culture, processes, systems and data across the organization.\nWithin the PMI program, you will lead critical workstreams and cross country initiatives, managing complex interdependencies and working closely with executive sponsors, senior business leaders, IT leadership and external partners.\nBeyond the integration program, you will also play senior roles in other high-impact enterprise initiatives, including:\nOperating model and HR transformation\n\nRegulatory-driven change initiatives\n\nData and IT transformation programs\n\nEnterprise-wide operational improvement initiatives\n\nThe role sits within an international team and requires frequent collaboration across MSIG Europe’s main locations.\nYou will work closely with the Director Operations, Director IT, Chief Data Officer and Director Change Portfolio, and report to the Director COO & Integration Office.\nWorking Environment\nYou will operate in a dynamic and international environment with strong exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiatives across the organization.\nThe COO Office is a highly professional and collaborative team focused on enterprise transformation, operational excellence and program delivery. You are comfortable operating at executive level, able to challenge the status quo and drive sustainable outcomes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.\nAs Senior Program Manager, you act in an influential, structured and decisive manner.
