This role helps ensure accurate, timely, and effective policy administration throughout the policy lifecycle.\nEssential Functions:\nGather, review, and organize submission and renewal information to prepare accounts for underwriting review.\nAnalyze account information, including exposures, loss history, financial data, and risk reports, and follow up with brokers for outstanding requirements.\nEnter, maintain, and establish new account records, policy, pricing, reinsurance, and underwriting data across company systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.\nAssist in the preparation of quotes, binders, policies, endorsements, and other underwriting documents.\nProcess policy transactions, including endorsements and related documentation, within established authority and service standards.\nSupport reinsurance administration, catastrophe modeling submissions, and other underwriting support activities as required.\nPerform quality control reviews to ensure data integrity and compliance with underwriting guidelines.\nResearch and resolve policy, billing, rating, and service inquiries from brokers, agents, underwriters, and internal partners.\nOrder, review, and summarize risk engineering and inspection reports, highlighting key findings for underwriting consideration.\nMaintain organized account documentation and ensure timely completion of work while managing multiple priorities.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and customer service outcomes.\nParticipate in broker visits, loss inspections, and other underwriting activities as appropriate.\nEducation and Experience Required:\nDiploma/Degree & Experience\nBachelor's degree preferred.\n1+ years of insurance underwriting support or related experience.\nUnderstanding of commercial insurance concepts, policy structures, and underwriting processes.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and insurance systems.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.\nAbility to meet established time and quality standards, ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction.\nWhy Join MSIG USA?\nAt MSIG USA, strength comes from experience - and vision.
