Role Overview:
- Order supplies from vendors and manage software systems like Helios, Vuetura, and Coupa.
- Prevent stock-outs by proactively ordering and offering alternatives when items are unavailable.
- Notify management of supply shortages and suggest cost-saving measures.
- Verify deliveries, unpack, and distribute all supplies accurately and timely within General Stores.
- Monitor expiration dates and replenish supplies and DME daily.
- Process returns, manage supply distribution, DME distribution, and oversee deliveries using VueturaTrac.
- Inspect received items for accuracy and report discrepancies.

- Able to optimally communicate.
- Able to adapt to a changing environment.
- Must be able to work independently and have analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information:
- Location: 1275 York Ave, New York, NY (Main Campus)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm. Must be flexible, alternate Holidays and Weekends, 7am to 3pm
- Report to Assistant Manager, Materials Management
