Driven by our unparalleled team and our track record of successful project execution, we aim to consistently deliver superior, innovative solutions that empower our clients’ success worldwide.\nRole and Responsibilities:\nLiaise and co-ordinate site activities alongside other trades.\nCarry out weekly reports and issue to line manager.\nCarry out weekly toolbox talks.\nAttending white board morning meetings.\nEnsure the labour requirements are met and maintained as per project program requirements.\nEnsuring the quality of the works is maintained at a high level.\nEnsure that the Subcontractors are working as efficiently as possible.\nEnsure that all variations and delays are notified to CM & PM.\nEnsuring all plant materials onsite are as per agreed specifications.\nEnsuring all delivered materials are coordinated and stored in a safe and secure manner.\nEnsuring all Subcontractors Plant and access equipment is certified and in good working condition.\nHealth & Safety issues on site and ensuring that all Subcontractors are working in a safe manner.\nReview ways of working and where possible implement changes to improve safety.\nEnsuring housekeeping is kept to a high standard by all Sub Contactors.\nRequirements\nExperience working on Mechanical construction projects in relevant industries sectors is essential (Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Semi-Conductor or Oil & Gas) \nAbility to read isometric drawings \nExcellent organisational, communication and time management skills\nProficiency in the use of MS Word & Excel is required\nAbility to use Navis Works 3D Model is essential\nBenefits\nWe offer a competitive salary that takes into account your experience and qualifications.
