From current-state assessments and performance audits to measurement frameworks and ongoing optimization, your work will help ensure the experiences we create are grounded in evidence and continually evolving to meet customer and business needs. \nWhat You’ll Do \nAnalyze website analytics, behavioral data, search performance, and customer journeys to uncover trends, friction points, audience intent, and opportunities for improvement \nConduct current-state analytics audits and performance assessments to establish benchmarks, identify gaps, and inform future-state experience strategies and recommendations \nEvaluate SEO/GEO performance, organic search visibility, search intent, and emerging AI-driven discovery trends to identify opportunities for greater discoverability and engagement \nAnalyze user journeys, navigation patterns, content engagement, conversion funnels, and key interactions to understand how customers move through digital experiences \nTranslate complex data from multiple sources and analytical tools into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for clients and internal teams \nPartner with Experience Strategy, Content Strategy, and Experience Design to ensure behavioral insights and performance data inform customer journeys, content priorities, design decisions, and strategic roadmaps \nDefine and support measurement frameworks, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with customer needs, business objectives, and experience goals \nCollaborate with Technology on analytics implementation, tagging strategies, event tracking, and data collection requirements \nSupport GA4/GTM implementation and quality assurance, validating data accuracy, identifying tracking gaps, and improving measurement reliability \nBuild and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance analyses that make data accessible, meaningful, and actionable \nSupport experimentation, A/B testing, and optimization initiatives by establishing baselines, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities for improvement \nMonitor and evaluate experience performance over time, measuring the impact of changes and recommending ongoing optimizations \n\nYour Experience & Skills \n3+ years of experience in digital analytics, experience analytics, customer insights, digital performance, or a related discipline \nStrong understanding of website analytics, customer behavior, digital journeys, and how data informs experience strategy and business decisions \nProficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console \nFamiliarity with SEO/GEO, AI visibility, and behavioral analytics tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Peec AI, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar platforms \nExperience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms \nSolid understanding of digital measurement, event tracking, tagging, data quality, and analytics implementation best practices \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify meaningful patterns, and translate findings into actionable recommendations \nExcellent communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex information accessible and compelling to clients and cross-functional teams \nStrong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach to uncovering insights and opportunities \nFamiliarity with experimentation, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance measurement is a plus \nAgency or consulting experience is a plus \nPay Range - Remote - US\n$85,000—$110,000 USD\nWho We Are\n\nMSQ DX is a full-service experience design and technology consultancy dedicated to delivering connected, optimized digital solutions that spark conversations and fuel exponential growth.
