If you’re organized, strategic, driven, consultative, adaptable, and have a winning attitude, we’d love to have you on board!\nWhile this is a remote position, we do expect some in-office days to foster collaboration.\nResponsibilities\nUnderstand MSQ DX’s technology, customer applications, internal processes and procedures, and performance standards.\nLead multiple projects in a matrixed environment using SDLC and Agile methodologies, ensuring mission clarity and strategic execution across teams.\nGuide projects to successful completion, ensuring deliverables meet scope, quality, budget, schedule, and organizational standards.\nAdhere to MSQ DX's established project management processes and maintain complete project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.\nCoordinate with internal and external resources to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule.\nLead and support project teams while fostering continuous improvement in delivery processes.\nEngage in business development activities including RFPs, SOWs, and estimation planning.\nPerform other functions as required to meet MSQ DX’s daily business needs.\nSkills & Requirements\nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.\nProven experience managing large-scale projects, budgets, timelines, resources, vendors, and cross-functional teams in complex environments.\nStrong presentation, escalation, and solution-providing skills for senior leadership.\nFive or more years’ experience in a Senior Project Manager role (ideally at a digital agency, creative agency, or studio).\nProficient in change management, enterprise communication, and training.\nTechnical background preferred.\nStrong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies with hands-on experience managing Digital Experience Platform (DXP) and full website builds in agile environments.\nDeep knowledge of digital deliverables, UX/UI design, front-end development, SEO, localization, and testing/optimization.\nUnderstanding of business principles and operations.\nAbility to operate at a leadership level or dive into the details as needed.\nSkills in Microsoft Office tools and project/program management applications.\nPreferred Experience\nScaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience, including PI planning and Scrum facilitation.\nExperience using professional services platforms such as Kantata for resource and financial planning.\nProven ability to lead RFP development, scope definition, and estimation exercises.\nCertifications like PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agilist are a strong plus.\nPay Range - Atlanta, GA\n$125,000—$155,000 USD\nWho We Are\n\nMSQ DX is a full-service experience design and technology consultancy dedicated to delivering connected, optimized digital solutions that spark conversations and fuel exponential growth.
