These systems include UHP (Ultra High Purity) gas lines as well as UPW (Ultra-Pure Water) systems. Hands on troubleshooting is part of the work performed. Testing is mainly conducted in clean-room and manufacturing type settings.\nKey Responsibilities:\n· Perform leak detection and impurity testing in process piping systems, including Ultra High Purity (UHP) gas lines and Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) systems.\n· Conduct hands-on troubleshooting and diagnostics in cleanroom and high-volume manufacturing environments.\n· Specialise in Helium Leak Testing to verify system integrity and prevent contamination risks.\n· Execute Particle Analysis to ensure compliance with stringent cleanliness standards.\n· Perform Moisture and Oxygen Testing to maintain purity levels in critical gas delivery systems.\n· Carry out Total Organic Carbon (TOC) and water quality testing for UPW systems.\n· Provided facilities support, including system maintenance, validation, and operational troubleshooting.\n· Supported third-party quality assurance activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory and industry standards\nRequirements\n1-2 years of experience in construction, trade environments, or other hands-on assembly-related roles\nPrevious experience in analytical testing is advantageous\nDemonstrated ability to safely operate a range of hand and power tools\nStrong proficiency in measurement techniques and basic mathematical calculations\nExperience in process pipe and tube welding is considered a plus\nDesirable:\n· Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.\n· Experience in regulated environments (e.g., semiconductor, pharma, data centres, or cleanroom projects).\n· Proficiency with digital QA platforms and reporting tools (e.g., EIDA, BIM 360, or similar).\nWorking Conditions:\n· Site-based role with regular inspections in active construction environments.\n· All personnel are required to adhere to site rules and always wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).\nBenefits\n45 hour week -
