CCs should be skilled within the specific areas they are assigned to monitor to ensure clarity and proficiency. Their responsibilities include:\nMaintain open lines of communication between all stakeholders, including Construction Coordinators, Tool Engineers, Project Managers, Contractors and Vendors.\nManage and track assigned construction work schedules and knowing the current status of all Contractors beyond just the percentage complete.\nOverseeing and managing the day-to-day field operations to include but not limited to general productivity, Contractor procedural conformance, code/regulation adherence, etc.\nCoordinating relevant construction support resources.\nConducting SOR quantity surveys to verify the actual quantities of materials used by Contractors.\nTracking prefab and installation work schedules.\nOversee review and submission of all contractors ‘redline’ drawings.\nTake ownership of problems immediately and escalate them to the appropriate parties.\nCoordinate and engage in 3rd-party inspections, utility activation and/or isolation.\nEngaging with the Contractor’s Safety Representative prior to commencing with project scope.\nVerifying proper barricades are used.\nVerify SRAs accurately reflect potential hazards, ensuring all are accurately documented and mitigated.\nEnsure Contractors have submitted and received approval for Restricted Work Access Permits.\nEngage with Contractors to discuss and resolve daily-to-day tool activities.\nAttending daily/weekly Facility Services meetings and coordinating utility activation and isolation services.\nMaintain stop-work authority by investigating and stopping work when unsafe conditions are observed.\nEnsure all Safety Level (SL) documentation is accurately executed.\nServe as a Facilities Services liaison between SAS, EHS, and Contractor Safety Representatives.\nEnsure work areas meet documented 6S standards.\nEnforce SAS quality expectations.\nOversee the documentation, correction, and closure of all punch list items.\nEnsure all quality related check sheets are accurately documented and reporting any observed deviations to the QAR.\nMaintain coordination between SAS, Contractors, and the QAR.\nRequirements\nJourneyman license is preferred, but relevant certifications may be accepted at SAS’ discretion.\nExperience with semiconductor or related construction industries is preferred, but knowledge of applicable construction codes and installation best practices for MEP trades is mandatory.\nProven track record of successful projects completed.\nSimilar project experience in Semiconductor, Advanced Technology, or Industrial projects.\nExcellent communication and organization skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related construction management software.\nConstruction Coordinator Classifications\nExperience with semiconductor or related construction industries is preferred, of 1 - 3 years.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related construction management software.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:\n· Occasionally (less than 1/3 of the job)\n· Frequently (1/3 to 2/3 of the job)\n· Continually (more than 2/3 of the job) \nFrequently required to stand.\nFrequently required to sit.\nFrequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.\nFrequently required to wear a respirator.\nFrequently required to work in confined spaces.\nContinually required to walk- up to 10 miles per day.\nContinually required to talk or hear.\nOccasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl.\nOccasionally work near moving mechanical parts \nOccasionally work in high, precarious places \nOccasionally work around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals \nWhile performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. \nThe employee must occasionally lift and /or move more than 20 pounds. \nSpecific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision;
