Your work is essential in arranging transportation, preparing required import/export documentation, and supporting shipment execution from start to finish. By staying organized, responsive, and detail oriented in a fast paced environment, you help ensure shipments are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with all requirements. You will report to the Logistics Team Leader.\nYou will:\nCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including transportation scheduling and carrier selection.\nPrepare and manage shipping, import, and export documentation.\nTrack shipments, resolve issues, and communicate updates across teams.\nProcess and maintain shipment data and transactions in SAP.\nEnsure compliance with customer requirements, regulations, and safety standards.\nSupport continuous improvement by monitoring shipping performance and identifying efficiencies.\nTo succeed, you will need\nWe encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
