We’re looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our IT team and provide day-to-day support to our people across the business.\nThis is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys troubleshooting, helping people and finding practical solutions to IT issues.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nProvide first and second-level IT support to internal employees\nTroubleshoot hardware, software, network and system issues\nRespond to and manage IT service requests through the service desk\nSet up and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices and other IT equipment\nAssist users with Microsoft 365, Windows and business applications\nManage user access, accounts and permissions\nEscalate more complex technical issues when required\nMaintain accurate IT asset records and support documentation\nWork with the wider IT team to improve systems, processes and the user experience\nWhat we’re looking for\n5+ years of experience in an IT support, service desk or similar role\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nExperience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 environments\nExcellent communication and customer service skills\nAbility to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users\nA proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail\nAbility to manage competing priorities in a busy environment\nRelevant IT qualifications or certifications will be highly
