MSS Security is seeking a National Training Coordinator to support the development and delivery of training initiatives across our business.\nBased in Adelaide, South Australia, this full-time opportunity is ideal for someone with strong administrative and coordination skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and an interest in developing effective training programs. Experience working with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) will be highly regarded.\nA hybrid working arrangement may be available once you are established and confident in the role, with occasional travel required to support national training activities.\nAbout the Role\nAs the National Training Coordinator, you will play an important role in coordinating training activities and supporting the development of training resources to build capability across MSS Security.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nDeveloping and updating training modules and learning resources.\nWriting, reviewing and maintaining training plans to support business and operational requirements.\nCoordinating training activities, documentation and administrative processes.\nSupporting the implementation and continuous improvement of training programs.\nMaintaining accurate training records and documentation.\nLiaising with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.\nSupporting consistent training standards and practices across multiple locations.\nTravelling as required to support training activities and operational needs.\nAbout You\nYou are a motivated and detail-oriented professional who enjoys bringing structure to processes, coordinating activities and producing high-quality written materials.
