This is a busy, varied coordinator role where you’ll deliver high-quality people support across recruitment, onboarding, HR administration and employee relations.\nDuties include but are not limited to\nCoordinating high-volume recruitment and selection, including pre-employment medicals, credential checks and due diligence\nOnboarding new starters: issuing contracts, preparing documentation and running inductions\nActing as Workday Champion: managing data integrity, training users and resolving system queries\nPreparing contracts, variations and other employment documentation\nManaging visa and VEVO compliance checks and monthly casual conversion requirements\nRunning programs including Reward & Recognition, Employee Referral and our Start, Stay, Succeed retention program\nSupporting the State P&C team with Award/EA interpretation, investigations, grievances and ER matters\nPreparing monthly and quarterly reports on recruitment, learning and compliance\nAttending job fairs and RTO partner visits to attract new talent\nSkills & experience\nExperience in high-volume recruitment\nEntry level generalist HR experience \nStrong MS Office skills and quick to pick up in-house systems (Workday experience is a bonus)\nExcellent written and verbal communication, with the confidence to build relationships with managers, operations teams and frontline staff\nHighly organised, able to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines\nA qualification in HR\nHow to apply\nMSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
