You will play an important role in maintaining efficient operations and responding to changing rostering needs.\nWhat Does the Role Involve?\nCoordinate and maintain staff rosters to ensure shifts are appropriately filled.\nManage welfare calls and maintain regular communication with security officers.\nRespond to last-minute roster changes and operational requirements.\nDeliver professional and timely customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.\nWork collaboratively with the team to support effective service delivery.\nManage competing priorities and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.\nUse Microsoft applications and rostering systems to maintain accurate records.\nAbout You\nYou are a proactive, task-driven professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
